Today at work I was talking to my two bosses about names. One of them is in the process of picking out a name for his baby girl. He joked about naming her CONDOLEEZZA.
...perhaps it's too weird for a little Japanese baby. Besides, it didn't really go with the last name. It has to be easy to say and it has to flow. Don't want it to be a tongue twister.
He told me two things to keep in mind when picking a baby name.
1. Make sure it couldn't be changed into or rhyme with any bad words. Having a name like that only increases the possiblity of being teased, and the kid has to carry that name for the rest of his/her life.
2. Once that's cleared, yell it out the window and make sure it sounds good. It has to because you might yell it out a lot.
